Request for Proposal (RFP): Vehicle Tablet Mounts, Compact Fans, and Installation Services

Flint Hills Area Transportation Agency (FHATA) is soliciting firm cost proposals from qualified vendors to provide and install tablet mounting hardware and tablets in thirty (30) to forty (40) transit buses, and to furnish and install compact fans in FHATA transit buses, with the option for additional installations. The project encompasses secure hardware installation, power integration, testing to ensure durability and safety, removal of existing tablet and mounting hardware, and complete installation of compact fans, including all required brackets, wiring, switches, fuses, connectors, and related accessories. There are several vehicle types and models included within
