Regional Service
Apart from scheduled fixed route services, we also offer origin to destination "demand-response" general public transportation. We schedule vehicles and drivers today to meet the demand for rides tomorrow.
Part of this service includes travelling to areas in the Flint Hills Region that are not immediately accessible to the Fixed Routes in Manhattan and Junction City or daily Demand Response services.
The areas included in this service include but are not limited to:

**Beginning January 1, 2022, ATA Bus has indefinitely suspended the Regional Shuttle to Wamego. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Northern Riley County Service
If you live in Northern Riley County, including but not limited to Leonardville, Riley, Randolph, etc., you can access ATA Bus service three days a week. The service offered is a curb-to-curb service where we will pick you up from the location you provide and take you to the location of your choice within Riley County. You must call and schedule these rides during one of the accepted pick-up/drop-off times which can be found below.
Costs
The ride to your destination will cost $4.00.
The ride back to your location will cost $4.00.
Additional stops in between your pick-up and drop-off cost $2.00 each.
Ogden Service
Service to and from Ogden and Manhattan is available Monday through Friday via the K-18 Fixed Route. View that route here.
Demand Response service is available to persons in Ogden who qualify through the eligibility requirements that can be found here.
Wamego Service **This service has been suspended indefinitely beginning January 1, 2022.
Service to and from Wamego and Manhattan is available Monday through Friday. If you are wanting to travel from Wamego to Manhattan, there is a set schedule in place for departures and arrivals for each day. Manhattan has two locations where you can board or exit the bus and Wamego has two locations where you can board or exit the bus. To use this service, you must call to schedule a ride during one of the windows when the bus is available in Wamego or Manhattan. You do not have to be qualified to schedule these rides from Wamego to Manhattan. View the departure and arrival locations and schedule below.
Costs
The ride to your destination will cost $4.00.
The ride back to your location will cost $4.00.
If you have a Student ID to Highland Community College, you can ride free.
